Abstract] Objective: The clinical use of antibiotics in our hospital to investigate the situation analysis, by its use of the dynamic changes and trends. Methods: in our hospital in June 2008 -09 March in hospital out-patient prescription, the prescription-by-case review, analysis of the use of antibiotics in our hospital type, quantity and amount and so on.The results: β-lactam and quinolone antibiotics in the amount of the first home, followed by lincomycin categories within macrocyclic lipids. Conclusion: The use of antibiotics in our hospital is basically reasonable, but there are some unreasonable, the question of the existence of corresponding measures should be developed.
